Does PVOLVE work for beginners?

PVOLVE is beginner-friendly. We offer curated series, calendars, and various workout pacing options for every fitness level.

How long is a PVOLVE workout?

PVOLVE has a variety of different class lengths to work with your schedule. There are quick classes that you can complete in just 5 minutes, or if you have a bit more time you can try our longer 50+ minute classes.

Can you do PVOLVE without the equipment?

While we do believe that our equipment and moves combined are what create the results that thousands of members have experienced, having limited equipment should not hinder your ability to move with us! That is why we have a 30-day risk-free home trial on equipment so you can feel how each unique piece assists in sculpting and strengthening your whole body. We have created series and workouts with no or limited equipment, but equipment is part of gaining the full body strength that we promise!

Can you build muscle with PVOLVE?

In a 12-week clinical study, women following the PVOLVE program experienced a significant increase in lean muscle mass and improved their lower body strength by 19%. If building muscle is your goal, we recommend doing our Progressive Weight Training class at least 2-3x/week.
