What is the Move In June Challenge? 

The Move In June Challenge is a 4-week streaming challenge taking place in the month of June. Complete 12 workouts between June 1-30th to receive a challenge badge. It's not about grinding — it's about embracing the season, feeling good in your body, and moving with joy and energy all month long. Think less "push through" and more "this is my time." 

How do I sign up for the challenge?

To sign up for the challenge, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have an active streaming membership. Don't have one? We recommend getting started with one of our equipment bundles, which comes with equipment plus a streaming membership.
  2. Log into app.pvolve.com on your web browser or in the mobile app.
  3. Navigate to the Workout History page HERE or in the PVOLVE mobile app.
  4. Look for the Move in June Challenge block at the top of the page.
  5. Click on "Join Challenge" to sign up for the challenge.

That's it! Once you've signed up for the challenge, any workouts you complete will count towards the challenge total.

The challenge sign up window is open from May 26th - June 15th.

Do I have to sign up for the challenge?

Yes — sign up is required to earn a badge upon completion of the challenge.

How do I check if I am signed up for the challenge correctly?

Go to the Workout History page to confirm your enrollment and track your challenge progress.

Do I need equipment to do the challenge?

We strongly recommend equipment, as the method’s magic lies in the combination of the movements and the specialized tools. 

However, if you wish to participate in the challenge without equipment, you can filter workouts in the library and select 12 workouts that use no equipment or equipment you already have at home. 

I am new to PVOLVE - which workouts should I do?

We recommend starting off with one of these series to familiarize yourself with our unique method, three signature class types, and your equipment:

If you are newer to fitness and looking for a slower intro to the PVOLVE Method, we recommend our Entry Level Calendar instead, where you can learn the basics and master your form.

If you've already completed the Longevity Series, check out our June Calendar for a holistic routine that incorporates all of our class types: Sculpt, Weight Training, and Sculpt: Cardio. This calendar will be available on June 1st.

Do Live Virtual Studio (LVS) classes count towards this challenge? 

Yes! You do not have to take an LVS class to complete the challenge, but it does count towards your challenge workouts.

Is there a specific time frame for this challenge?

Yes! The challenge begins on 6/1/26 at 12AM ET and ends on 6/30/26 at 11:59 PM PT.

Who can participate in the Move In June Challenge? 

Anyone with an active streaming membership to PVOLVE can participate. 

What classes count towards the challenge?

Members can complete any combination of 12 videos in our on-demand library or Live Virtual Studio classes to complete this challenge.

My recent workout did not mark as complete, what do I do?

If you completed more than 75% of a workout and it did not mark as complete, please reach out to help@pvolve.com to have this addressed. 

How do I check my challenge progress?

Log in to app.pvolve.com, and navigate to the Workout History page to view your challenge progress. 

Will PVOLVE Studios be participating in the challenge?

No, this challenge is a streaming-only challenge. Keep an eye out for an exciting studio challenge coming later this summer!

What can I do while I wait for my equipment to arrive?

We’re so excited that you want to jump right into working out with us and we have tons of classes to choose from that don’t require equipment:

  • If you want a structured plan: Join the 5-Day Body Weight Sculpt series with Dani and Zach. This no-equipment series will introduce you to the Pvolve Method, highlighting our signature exercises and movement vocabulary.
  • If you want to choose your own path: Check out our streaming homepage, featuring a row of No Equipment workouts. All of these workouts teach the basics of our Method but move quickly to amplify the intensity and pack a big punch. 
  • If you prefer to deep dive more slowly into our movement foundations: Check out our How-To videos, which break down our signature movements in greater detail.
