Mother’s Day
Movement
As moms, we've learned that movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about showing up for ourselves. It's about connecting to our minds and our bodies. It's about feeling capable and powerful for ourselves and those around us.
This Mother’s Day, we’re sharing the PVOLVE workouts that bring us there every. single. time.
Whether you’ve got five minutes or fifty, we hope you find a little inspiration—and maybe your new favorite class.
With love and intention,
The PVOLVE Mamas

# of Kids & Ages: 2 kids - ages 15 and 12
Favorite Workout: Dani Clifford’s Strength & Sculpt in our Chicago studio
Why: As a 50-year-old mama, I love the 6:30 AM class—it’s quick, challenging, and has the best playlist. I’m home in time to see my kids off to school, and I love that they see me prioritizing movement. It makes me feel strong and sets the tone for my whole day.

# of Kids & Ages: My son, age 12
Why: Everytime I do this workout with one of my favorite humans in the world, I am automatically giggling away with a huge smile on my face and uplifted for the rest of the day. I am reminded that taking time for myself to move and being around my girl tribe enables me to show up for my son, Oliver, as my best self.

# of Kids & Ages: 7 & 4 (both boys - yikes!)
Favorite Workout: Lower Body Sculpt & Burn w/ Maeve
Why: It’s 15 minutes and it packs a huge punch! Sometimes the day can get away from me and before I know it, I don’t have time for a 30 or 45 minute class. But taking Maeve’s Lower Body Sculpt + Burn makes me feel so accomplished and strong. This is always my go-to when I’m short on time and I need to feel supercharged (or feel like superwoman)! And it gives me extra energy for my two very energetic boys!

# of Kids & Ages: 1 that is turning 1!
Favorite Workout: THIS quick upper body sculpt on repeat!
Why: Sometimes 15 minutes is all I can spare and Mel makes the absolute most of those 15! This one has my arms burning a couple minutes in and also really helps my posture. Best part is I can do it while keeping an eye on my little one while he plays!
Taya Mashburn
General Counsel
City: Nashville, TN
# of Kids & Ages: 2 kids, age 12 and 9
Favorite Workout: Any class at the Nashville studio, or if I'm crunched for time, the 15 minute or less P.band arm burners. They are short but spicy and good for my posture.
Why: I have never felt as all-around strong as I do now that PVOLVE is in my life. It really is all about future proofing my body. When my crazy dog pulled me down stairs unexpectedly the other day, I caught myself and didn't fall or get injured. I thought, "that is why I PVOLVE."
Dani Clifford
Lead Trainer of Chicago & Franchise
City: Chicago, IL
# of Kids & Ages: 1 daughter, (almost) 3!
Why: The P.3 Trainer is my ultimate fav piece of equipment due to its ability to work the full body, especially the core. Since doing Pvolve, my back is stronger than ever which is critical as my baby girl grows (and likes being held!). AV always does a great job ebbing and flowing in intensity throughout her classes, love you and appreciate you fellow mama!
Codi Sasaoka
Senior Product Designer
City: Honolulu, HI
# of Kids & Ages: 2 boys - 4 and 8 months
Favorite Workout: THIS Lower Body Sculpt with AV!
Why: I feel like I’m always on the move as a mom, whether I’m chasing after my son, picking up toys for the 1000th time, or running errands as a family. What I love about this workout is the focus on rotations that make me feel so mobile and ready to take on the day afterwards! Plus, I’m just obsessed with the Slant Board (and AV!).
Shreya Key
Head of Ecommerce & Digital Product
City: San Diego, CA
# of Kids & Ages: 2 daughters - ages 8 and 5
Favorite Workout: Beginner: Upper Body & Core Strength with AV!
Why: After fracturing my back (motherhood really is wild), I had to slowly rebuild strength to do everyday things—like lift my kids or haul gear across a soccer field. This workout became my go-to because the p.band and gliders may seem small, but they work muscles I actually use all day. It helps me feel stronger, more stable, and better equipped to tackle the chaos of mom life. Best part? It’s helped me feel strong and capable in my body again—which, as a mom, is everything.
Jill Brand
Head of Brand & Creative
City: New York City, NY
# of Kids & Ages: 3 kids ages 7.5, 5, 3
Why: I think it's the first workout post kids that really got me to really activate the deepest layers of my lower core. It’s such a specific sensation that I can’t always activate, but this one basically gets me every time. Love ya, Maeve!
Cecily McCullough
Training Area Director & Trainer
City: Austin, TX
# of Kids & Ages: 1 kiddo 4.5 years old
Why: Motherhood is active! I love doing our Weight Training format because it trains me to be stronger to play and pick up my 44 pound little boy!
