    Inspiring!

    I was doing a good strength based workout, but I needed a shot in the arm. I needed inspiration and Pvolve brings it. The instructors seem well educated in movement science, the equipment is fun and versatile, and so many classes are available! The calendars help me to know just what workout I'm doing next, especially when I come home from work and just want to plug and play. And I am feeling strong and fit. Using my HSA to pay for the gear is a wonderful bonus!

    I like the versatility of this equipment. I learned with the first class I did that I need to limit the time I spend doing exercises on my knees. But the next class was great. It was a full body sculpt and we used the equipment in several different ways.

    One of my favorite things

    I bought a used set of equipment and it came with the ball of the P.3 Trainer and one ankle band, so I bought a new set here. This and the P.Band are my favorites.

    Learn from my errors. I figured, I’ll just get a few pieces of equipment. I won’t use everything. At the end of the day, I pretty much bought the whole Transformation Bundle. You’ll use every piece of it. They had me at endometriosis and menopause workouts and the exercises have even soothed my plantar fasciitis.

    Great piece of equipment

    I love all of Pvolve’s equipment but this one is extra special and there’s really nothing like it out there. Quite honestly I think this along with the p ball are the most unique equipment I’ve ever worked with and I’ve been in th w fitness industry a long time. A must have for any pvolve regimen!
