I enjoy the variety of workouts to choose from. Always a good workout is easy to find to fit my mood.

I've worked out at the gym, done aerobics, kettlebells, Peloton and, Pilates. I've tired online trainers and hired trainers at the gym. Pvolve tops them all. At 59 what I need is functional fitness that does not hurt my body, produces change and, is not cumbersome to do. No matter your age, this is needed. Thank you!

I had an injury to my rotator cuff a year and a half ago. I've been working on getting full movement and strength back. Pvolve has done that. I highly recommend it. Do the stretching and foam rolling as well. We need it all.

For such a small piece of exercise equipment it’s pretty powerful and you can feel it right away. I have not gotten on the video yet to work with it. I have balance issues and use a walker and this helps greatly with my arms however I’m still going to buy a couple of more pieces for leg strengthening, even if you are recovering from an injury and or need muscle strengthening, this is still easy to use

PVOLVE is great for people who have the time to scroll through hundreds of workouts. I don't, and have been on the site maybe 5 times. I wanted to love it but found it overwhelming. I had actually considered looking to see if it was worth re-joining, now that it's summer and I have more time (I teach) though I'm pretty injured at the moment - and wasn't sure I wanted to weed through videos.

My one star rating is because I have just realized that EVEN THOUGH I SIGNED UP FOR 1-YEAR ONLY, PVOLVE reached out to an OLD EMAIL THAT WASN'T USED OR MONITORED anymore, told me that hadn't charged me enough (they had, it was a promotion and I'd bought a ton of equipment) and TOLD ME they'd be changing my account to a monthly one instead of a 1-year one, what a great price/fee that would be, and have been charging me for more than a year since then. I am still figuring out how much they charged me but it's a lot! I don't look closely at my PayPal, and missed it. I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT OR CONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP - I DO NOT DO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SPOTIFY, and they send me monthly emails. I haven't been online using their service for any of that extra time I was billed. I will reach out to customer service - I've just discovered this and haven't reached out yet - but am done with the company and filing complaints if there isn't a decent resolution.

I was surprised at how big this case actually is and appreciate how much I can store in it. I had been looking for some other type of bag or case to keep my items together and I’m happy that I finally purchased this. It’s really great quality and holds a lot.

Hi! I haven't used the last thing I purchased bc I haven't researched how they work. I will though. I love Pvolve. Particularly Zach and Jalilla- her workouts are very challenging but she makes it fun (she's very funny!) and my hip pain is totally gone! Thank you!

I am so happy that I decided it was time to try out Pvolve! A friend and i decided to motivate each other to show up everyday. And the monthly digital membership has allowed us to work out together in the comfort of an our own homes. I just hit my 100 work out !
