I love the versatility Pvolve offers. While every workout is super challenging, they are all customizable to what your body can handle at that time. I love that it helps with my mobility and range of motion. I suffer from a lot of stored trauma in my muscles and joints and this helps alleviate that and I am in less chronic pain because of it. I have two trainers at the studio I go to who are rockstars and I love working out with them! That makes everything better!
