PVOLVE Pin Pack

I enjoy the intentional movements, the energy and guidance from the entire staff - from the front desk to the instructors, the consistency of the workouts with and without the unique equipment, the cleanliness and organized facility, and how everyone who takes the class works hard to build strength in both mind and body! I take class before I head to work, and the day is better with Pvolve at the start!

The challenging and fun workouts are definitely tough to wake up to, but every strong and inspiring instructor makes it fun and accessible because there is an option for every single thing in class! There are zero minutes wasted in each class, and there is authentic care and adjustment to ensure proper form and technique!

I am in my mid 60s and decided I need to do a new workout. I have been doing the same workout for years. So when I saw Pvolve on Facebook, I was excited. I watched a couple of videos and I saw they were doing everyday or sport movements that you need to do to keep in shape. So far I have done about 8 sessions. They each do different movements and muscles. You can decide to follow or do more or less depending on you. The energy of the instructors is awesome. I am looking forward to continuing my exercise wellness thru PVOLVE.

I wish they were bigger but they are very cute!!! I put them on my work bag. I am a walking advertisement!!! Between the pins, and my water bottle I am always promoting Pvolve. I love it!!!!
