So versatile

Great product. Fabulous workouts. Solid construction. Terrific for stretching (calves in particular). I also have used it in place of the "step" equipment and it got the job done.

Love my P.volve Slant Board!

It really kicks up my squats and leg extension type exercises! And even over head arm exercises ~ I can really tell that I am working my core...and my balance -which I thought was pretty good before - is heading to off the charts! Just standing on the board while doing most of my regular toning and light stretching adds a whole new element to my workout ~ I Love this board and I am soooo glad that I ordered it! Well, well worth the money!

A whole new level!

First off the board is obviously very well constructed and solid.
I've been travelling for a couple of weeks but ordered it so I could jump into October's challenge (Slantober?) as soon as I got home.
I've done the first 2 workouts in the series amd wow does the slant board kick things up a few levels! It really challenges your balance, but I have found it easier to keep my abdominals engaged- it's that or face plant onto the floor, so great motivation :-)
I feel like even some of the simple foundational P.volve moves get even deeper into the glutes because of the change in angle. I'm excited to see the results of regular slant board workouts!
