I’ve only just started using the system, but it seems like the workouts are actually fun to do!
Pvolve is a perfect exercise program for me. As an older adult I still want to move well and stay strong without beating up my joints. It’s low impact, but the controlled resistance work sneaks up on you in the best way—my hips, core, and balance feel noticeably stronger, and I’m less stiff getting out of bed. The classes are focused and easy to follow at home, and I love that I can pick a lighter day or something more challenging without having to miss a workout. Having practiced yoga for years as well as CrossFit, I find that Pvolve checks off every box for me. Overall, it is a smart, joint‑friendly way to train for real life instead of just chasing exhaustion.
Everything! 😃 I love all of the workouts, especially PWT and Sculpt classes! The internal rotations feel great and have greatly improved my mobility. But my overall favorite thing about Pvolve is the trainers! I love how they not only describe how to do a movement but also why you’re doing it. Always explaining the science behind the method and all of the benefits!
I can exercise at home. Exercises are not hard on my body. I’m 64 with a hip replacement and other injuries so I need functional strength training and pvolve is perfect for me.
I really like the different pieces of equipment and their different uses — it keeps things fun and upbeat. No one workout has felt the same yet. And I love the way it makes my core feel. I have not felt this amount of strengthening with any other workout!
