Taylor is an NYC-based professional dancer who has always enjoyed and understood the importance of cross-training to supplement her performing career. Her love of movement led her to teach fitness where she's been leading classes for five years.

Favorite piece of P.volve equipment?

The slant board! Having experienced many ankle sprains, it's helping me find deeper stretches and targeted strength in the little muscles surrounding my foot and ankle.

My very GREEN protein smoothie.
