Meet Sarah

Sarah is a trained dancer who's passionate about movement and wellness. After experiencing a physical burnout from the demands of her profession, she is grateful to have found P.volve and is now inspired to share with others the mind-body connection that helped her.

A green smoothie (that somebody makes for me) and/or a go-macro protein bar.

Favorite piece of P.volve equipment and why?

The has always been one of my favorite pieces of equipment. My posture and arms have never felt so strong!

Favorite on-demand class and why?

The Knee Stability Series. As someone with fallen arches, it unlocked a wealth of information that helped me understand proper alignment to protect my knees.
