This workout Is by far the most original, intensive, fun and effective workout class I have done in NYC. There wasn’t any part of my body that wasn’t challenged. If you are looking for strengthen, tone, sculpt and activate those glutes, this class has it all. Plus my heart rate was up, I was sweating and got my cardio fix as well —without any high impact!
