The results that I've seen from doing P.volve for 14 months have been incredible. I took ballet, jazz, etc for years as a teen and young adult and then did barre classes for 10 years before switching to P.volve. The results have been tremendous. I have muscles in places I never had before and I'm not imbalanced and quad-heavy like I was doing barre. P.volve has helped me to really activate my glutes and get that perky butt lift that I could never get from barre classes!
