Meet Julie

Jersey-born trainer Julie fell in love with movement and the mind-body connection while training in the BFA Acting program at Boston University. Now, her biggest goal is to share this passion with other people and empower them to see movement as a gift we give ourselves.

Favorite piece of P.volve equipment and why?

The p.ball. Besides helping you tap into your pelvic floor, it is so versatile - works outer glutes, inner thighs, abs and so much more! A signature piece you can't get anywhere else.

Favorite on-demand class and why?

I think the Knee Stability Series is great! My boyfriend tore his ACL a few years ago and the rehabilitation from that injury is a slow, arduous process. This series is so helpful and educational.
