MEET JENNIFER

Jennifer is a movement expert with more than a decade of experience. She's led group classes in everything from step workouts, to spin routines, to yoga sculpts. Now, Jennifer strives to share her love for movement in her studio sessions at P.volve. She is a true lover of the group class energy and dynamic so feel free to stop by and say hi.

I love the Slant Board because it challenges my stability and core. Also, we spend so much time with our ankles in extension that spending some time with them in flexion feels so good!
