MEET JASMINE

Ohio native Jasmine loves the connection between dance and fitness. So much so, she spent eight years teaching both while she danced professionally with a modern-based dance company. Jasmine is now enthusiastic about sharing all the knowledge she acquired from her BFA in Dance, her passion for movement, and her love for total body awakening methods in her studio sessions at P.volve.

FAVORITE PIECE OF P.VOLVE EQUIPMENT AND WHY?

I'm obsessed with the p.band! I love the way its resistance works all angles of my upper body in a demanding way that's not too harsh or strenuous. I also love how it helps improve posture. Posture is so important to me. I believe good posture goes a long way for so many things like injury prevention and even overall confidence.
