Jalila Jones is a New York-based professional dancer who turned her passion for movement towards fitness instruction after suffering a paralyzing injury. Jalila believes in creating and instructing workouts that are not only enjoyable, but also effective.

The light ankle band - I love the way it really targets those hard to get muscles in my inner and outer thighs and glute muscles.

30-Day Evolution with Antonietta. I love how amazing my body looks and feels after each time that I take the class. I also love the strength I have gained in my back after taking it.
