Jalila Jones is a New York-based professional dancer who turned her passion for movement towards fitness instruction after suffering a paralyzing injury. Jalila believes in creating and instructing workouts that are not only enjoyable, but also effective.

The light ankle band - I love the way it really targets those hard to get muscles in my inner and outer thighs and glute muscles.
