I'm new to P.volve, where do I begin?

First, welcome to P.volve and the beginning of your new fitness routine! We know you’re looking to transform your body, feel better and establish a consistent workout plan that fits your life, for life. The good news is, you’re in the right place. 

To get started, check out our 8-Day Foundational Series. Here, you’ll learn the basics of our prehab, functional approach to fitness and begin to orient your body to the moves you’ll find in every workout ahead. The 7-Day No Equipment Series is also perfect for understanding fundamental movements, no matter where you are in your P.volve journey.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please click here, sign into your account, and follow the below steps to cancel:

1. Click “Product Access Status”

2. Click the “Cancel Auto-Renew” button

You will have access to the subscription through the end of your current billing period.

If you are trying to cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store please follow the instructions here.

Where is my order?

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you still need further assistance please contact our P.team at help@pvolve.com or call us at 888-978-3926. Be sure to have your order number handy.

How can I return an item?

Returns policy for Equipment

We only accept returns on equipment if it is damaged, defective, or returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any equipment returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted.We do not accept exchanges on equipment.All items must returned within 14 days upon receipt of order.Customers are responsible for all return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.

Please include the packing slip with your order number in your return. When mailing back your order, be sure to get tracking information so you will know when your package has arrived at our warehouse. Once we receive your order, we will issue you a refund. Refunds take 7-10 days to process.

Do I need any equipment with the subscription service? If so, what do you suggest?

No equipment, no problem. The beauty of P.volve is that you can do every workout with simply your own bodyweight! However, using the equipment will enable you to get the full P.volve experience and achieve optimal results. We recommend starting your P.volve fitness journey with these three must-have tools: the p.ball, light ankle weights and 2 lb hand weights. You can purchase this equipment here.
