MEET EVIE

Evie, a Minnesota native, has been studying, performing, and teaching dance since she can remember. Her dancing career led her to Chicago, and she's called the city home ever since. Eventually, Evie's love for movement steered her towards fitness - becoming an AFAA certified trainer and experienced teaching a variety of classes. Join her in the studio for loads of energy and encouragement.

YOUR GO-TO PRE OR POST WORKOUT SNACK?

A protein shake, vegan, if possible (especially now with more and more tasty options out there), or almond butter with sliced apples.
