MEET EMILY

Emily is a professional dancer turned wellness buff. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Texas and cultivating over twenty-five years of experience, Emily found P.volve. She was immediately hooked on the strength, stability, and mind-body connection she built while doing it. Now, Emily is eager to help members experience the same as she helps them know, love, and heal their bodies and souls through movement.

YOUR GO-TO PRE OR POST WORKOUT SNACK?

Pre: An iced matcha from my favorite, Matchaful.

Post: A banana or apple with peanut or almond butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.


IF NOT IN THE STUDIO, WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU?

I'm either out walking my two dogs with my husband on the West Side Highway, taking a yoga class, or cooking a delicious meal at home.


FAVORITE ON-DEMAND CLASS AND WHY?

I love the Phase & Function Series! As a health coach, I appreciate the holistic approach to women's health. The workouts are educational, effective, and can be super challenging to nice and restorative.
