Meet Liz

Liz's robust dance background took her from coast to coast before settling down in Los Angeles. As a lover of movement, she always prioritized dancing and supplementary training - hot yoga, hiking and anything outdoors - to support her body. Now, Liz brings those same passions to the West Coast crew.

Favorite on-demand class and why?

I love the Pelvic Floor Strengthening Series! As a modern dancer you're taught that all movement is generated from the pelvis - having strength in the deepest part of your core is essential.
