MEET DANI

Dani started her journey as a dancer, performing across the country and internationally. With a love of movement and a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, Dani brings her unique background to P.volve Los Angeles as a Lead Trainer. She is NASM certified with a passion for helping her clients feel empowered in their bodies.

Describe your training style in three words:
Energetic, efficient and effective.

Go-to pre or post-workout snack:
My favorite pre-workout snack in the morning is oatmeal topped with a banana. It’s high in fiber and sustains my energy especially if I’m about to teach or take cardio burn!

Favorite on-demand workout:
Any of Maeve's 7 Day Cardio Burn videos! The workouts always leave me feeling empowered, Maeve's energy is contagious, and she was one of the first people to welcome me into the P.volve family!
