Meet Charlotte

Charlotte is a Montreal-born ballet dancer who moved to NYC to further explore her dancing career. Her passion for all things movement extended into fitness when she began teaching barre classes. She's thrilled to share all the ways this method has informed her own movement practices, and hopes others will find the same.

Dynamic, inspiring, rigorous.

If not in the studio, where can we find you?

In a rehearsal room cooking up some theatrical magic or literally cooking (or baking!) some kind of new and very ambitious recipe.

Favorite piece of P.volve equipment and why?

The p.ball. It's where it all started, for the Method and for my own discovery of how to trigger my inner thighs, pelvic floor and core muscles in the most immediate, beneficial and game-changing way.
