Either studying for my nutrition and fitness certifications or if it's the weekend, dancing to deep house music in Brooklyn!

Favorite piece of equipment?

I love the light ankle weights because they're so versatile and allow for freedom of movement, yet they can be really tough and give you that extra burn!

Favorite streaming workout?

Contouring with Celestine (and the slant board) - it was the first video I shot on streaming. It's a killer full-body workout that will tone the arms, abs and butt with resistance bands and the added angle of the slant board.
