MEET ANGELO

Angelo Grinceri is an author and 15-year fitness pro that believes the body of your dreams requires a healthy lifestyle full of consistency and variety. His philosophy is about balance—a mixture of challenging himself physically along with a fun, creative and playful energy. Angelo’s approach has been featured in various news outlets, but his greatest connection comes from working with a class or one-on-one with clients.

If not in the studio, where can we find you?
I love to experience a lot of different things—Burningman, riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, rock climbing and reading about self-development, just to name a few.

Favorite piece of equipment?
The p.band is my favorite. It keeps my shoulder health and posture in check by focusing on straight arm scapular control without overloading the muscles so my neck doesn’t take over.

Favorite streaming video?
My favorite Streaming workout is Day 19 of Summit 60. It's a P.sweat workout and it's fast-paced with just the right amount of resistance!
