    Best tool for upper body workout

    Don’t let this tiny gear fool you.

    It packs a punch. Enagagement of upper body is like no other. Whenever I do upper body , this is my go to.

    Elevates the workout and in short time you will feel the burn!

    I tried using bands but this takes the cake!

    A Staple to work out with

    This is my second one. I enjoy using it, just don't love that life expectancy of only lasted a little over a year. Otherwise, a good piece of equipement.

    Love these bands

    I do love these bands - I have been doing p volve since 2020 and this piece is a must have. I love how it targets your arms and makes you use your core. My only complaint is that I have had to replace the band each year as it tends to snap.

    Tiny, but mighty!

    Hands down, my favorite piece of Pvolve equipment. (The P.Ball is a close second.) Who knew you could gain so much strength with a band like this? Don't think about it...just get one!

    A piece of equipment that truly surprises

    It’s hard to believe just how multifaceted and effective this little band is for various parts of your arms and back. I’ve never really enjoyed upper body strengthening in the past (I’m more of a cardio person typically) and first the first time ever, I’m actively enjoying upper body workouts now - all thanks to the P. Band!

    Great equipment

    This is great quality and way better than a regular band since it doesn’t slide all around ! It is easy to take with me on work trips which I am on almost every week. I am really enjoying using this along with the video classes!
