I like what this kit contains. It is a great basic kit that includes all the items you'd need for a good workout. The quality is great also; I've purchased alot of exercise equipment in the past and this far surpasses most of the others in quality. I've completed my first few workouts and am deliciously sore. Looking forward to more! Thank you!!!!
