Dimensions:
Length of resistance band: 35 cm. with 2 additional 4 cm. sleeves on each end.
Materials:
High-quality latex band and gloves made from woven polyester, neoprene, and cotton.
Look for the L and R printed on the inside of the gloves, indicating Left and Right. With the letter of your corresponding hand facing the inside of your palm, imagine you’re high-fiving your glove, then slip your fingers into the finger loops. Wrap the strap around your wrist to secure. Repeat on the other side.
For best muscle engagement and control, tuck thumbs under where the glove meets the resistance band.
What it is:
An innovative tool used both in standing exercises and on the mat to tone the upper body in every direction. Glove-like design allows the work to stay in your arms—not in your grip.
Care instructions:
Always check the P.band for nicks or tears. If damaged in any way, do not use.
Always use the P.band as instructed by our trainers. Do not overstretch the P.band.
Avoid exposing to sharp objects, rough surfaces, or excessive sunlight.
Hand wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Store in a cool, dry place.
