What videos am I supposed to do each day?
The program is a combination of three workouts: standing sculpt, micro-tone and lift and firm. A calendar is included with your purchase that advises on which video to do each day, and each video includes either one or a variety of these workout focus areas.

What if I don’t have all of the equipment?
All workouts can be done effectively with no equipment. We encourage you to engage the proper muscles throughout the workout for maximum burn.
Can I combine this with other workouts, or is it recommended to focus solely on this program?
If this is your first time trying our program, we recommend sticking to just these workouts. If you’ve done P.volve before, feel free to combine this program with your other P.volve workouts for a refresher on form.
Can I combine cardio with this program?
Yes, this series is a great complement to cardio workouts.
