Being in the middle/end of my second trimester of pregnancy, it was extremely important for me to find something that would be both gentle and effective, which is something I've been searching for even for when I'm not pregnant. After finishing the full 30 days, I'm actually able to fit better in my jeans now than before I was pregnant (even if I can't button them up for obvious reasons), and my butt is the best it's looked in years. Other workouts I tried invariably left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable the next day and weren't doing much for my body. Equipment from the ultimate p.volve package has been a great addition to the workouts. I seriously could not be happier with this series and with p.volve in general and am definitely recommending to others!
