Started the program 10 days ago and so far I’m loving it and feeling my glutes get stronger with every workout! The equipment is really well thought out and designed to help work the muscles even harder!

This is such a fantastic series!! Love the different variety in equipment P uses, and how he is always instructing his model throughout the entire workout! You feel like your almost getting a personal training session with him! I’ve been doing P.volve for about a year now and I can hands down say that I’ll never go back to do other workout again, you will love this program/his workout and the way they change your body.
I have been suffering from weak hip for more than a decade. I can’t walk for a long time or just stand still is a challenge. This workout helps me and I can feel that my hip got strong. This is a clear manifestation that a well constructed exercise can help you recover from an injury or any structural issue. I can also feel that every step is stronger. I care less about the weight loss or toning at the moment but I am confident it will eventually help me to lose weight. Recommend it to everyone who suffers from weak hip. Better than going to a chiropractor!!
