Hey, 30 Day Challengers! Here's a great recipe for P.'s favorite Boost Juice, which is perfect for a light, refreshing and nutritious breakfast.
Put the ingredients below through a cold-press juicer and enjoy with some ice.
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1/2 tbsp of ginger, peeled
- 2 cups of raw, fresh spinach
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
We recommend exercising at home with a streaming workout, and then treating yourself to this juice to reward and nourish your muscles. Then you'll be ready to face your day!
