At P.volve, we love hearing about our clients’ progress, and seeing how they are crushing their workout game—no matter where, or how busy they are. We wanted to feature these ladies who are giving us some major inspo, so we started a #WomenWhoCrushItWednesday series here on the P.blog.
Determined to build a proper foundation and master her form, our #WWCIW Christina started off with the P.volve basics and built her way up. After only 4 months, she's seeing results she never thought possible-- and she's just getting started.

I find it very easy to incorporate P.volve into my week because you don’t have to waste time going to the gym. During the week I workout after work around 7pm for 30 minutes, and on weekends I prefer doing longer workouts in the morning.
"Angel Approved" and "Sculpting & Gliding"
I like doing P.sits on an angle and any sort of plank variation with the gliders.
I love using the gliders as they tone up your abs really well! I also love pairing them with the heavy ankle band for extra resistance!
