Start Fresh in 2018: No Gym, No Problem! January 03, 18
It’s now January 2018 and almost everyone has the same mantra – “New Year, New Me.” I get it. It’s a ritual that Americans love and I’m guilty of it too. But we all know it usually doesn’t work. We typically aim for the stars and fall short…WAY short.
So this year, I am challenging you to start fresh and aim for the realistic! January is the month where gyms are jammed, treadmills have a waiting list and yoga studios are overflowing with the “Om.” Why battle this freezing (I mean, it’s truly freezing if you haven’t noticed) weather to get to a gym where you are elbow-to-elbow during a workout? This is 2018. You can workout ANYWHERE!
For this reason, I developed a full streaming program so that you can make your health a priority – no matter your location. I developed this over the past year because so many women I train can’t make it regularly to classes because of insane family and/or work schedules. I know that being busy shouldn’t mean you have to accept being unhealthy. I also know that when you’re committed to being fit – the best environment isn’t always an overcrowded gym. Through my streaming, I am able to walk you through the workouts, explain why each move is so important and make sure you understand the form that is needed to get the results you want to see!

- New workouts uploaded weekly. For those of you who know me well, you know I believe in shaking things up consistently. I create new content weekly to ensure you are sculpting different muscles constantly.
- Tutorials! My workout philosophy is different. I don’t believe in cardio or fast-paced workouts that strain your muscles and damage joints. I am all about slow, deliberate movements. This can take some work to get used to and to retrain your brain to understand that pain does not equal gain. My tutorials will help you understand the form you need and the pace that will give you the best results.
- Filtering options. We know that your needs vary from day-to-day so our filtering system lets you find workouts by body type (maybe you want one focused on your booty), duration and by equipment. So basically, you get to pick the class you want, when you want it!
