Update from P: What's New & Happening at P.volve

Hey P.volvers,

P here-- and with 2019 well underway, you no doubt have noticed some changes happening in the world of P.volve. From studio to streaming and beyond, we've certainly got some big updates up our sleeves, and we're just getting started.

P.volve is growing, not just in size (and strength!) but in what we as a community and method are capable of. It's incredibly exciting, but as with any big change there can often be some growing pains.  

We know there has been some confusion, like why certain workouts are gone and why I'm not even in some of the new videos. I hear your concerns, and wanted to let you know that there's nothing to worry about-- it will all make sense soon! My team and I are hard at work to always evolve and enhance the P.volve experience, and ensure the transitions are as smooth as possible. 

For all my streamers out there, your workouts are about to get even more advanced-- in quality, that is. You'll always be able to workout at your own level and pace with the wide range of videos in the customizable library, but now you can look forward to more elevated content. I'm talking better lighting and enhanced video and sound quality to truly make it feel like I'm right there with you in your living room, gym, office, hotel room, wherever you are streaming from. Because of these content upgrades, you may have noticed some of your favorite older videos have gone missing, but rest assured they will be back and better than ever!

Whether you're a streamer or a studio-goer, you'll also be seeing some new faces taking the lead. I'm devoting much of this year to growing and nurturing my team of top notch master trainers, and I'm beyond proud of how far they've come. Not only have they tripled the number of studio classes in our NYC flagship (did I mention big, BIG updates coming there, too?), but they'll be bringing their most-loved workouts straight to the streaming site. Check out last week's interview with trainer Celestine who's been leading some of the latest workouts!

Not only that (yes, there's more), but you can look forward to more workout programs to add to your favorites, like the 6-Day Total Body and Express series, as well as new proprietary equipment coming out this year to further enhance the workout, target even more muscles, and create even more definition.

These updates are just scratching the surface of what's to come, and I truly want to thank you for all your continued comments and feedback.
